Sharing Aesthetic Experiences – A Life of Music consists of a children’s songbook, a teacher’s guide, and two CDs. The collection includes 52 songs, covering all the fundamental concepts and forms essential for early music education. Our approach invites families and teachers into a world where music itself nurtures aesthetic sensibility, allowing children to engage directly with its beauty without barriers or rigid entry points. Even adults without prior musical training can become excellent guides, fostering harmonious teacher–student and parent–child interactions. In this way, music naturally becomes part of daily life: for both adults and children, singing and moving with music can feel as effortless as breathing.

Recent studies by many scholars have shown:

  1. Individuals with musicality maintain a high level of learning enthusiasm and tend to be multitalented, particularly excelling in literature and the arts.
  2. Musical comprehension strongly correlates with overall cognitive development.
  3. Those who possess “musicality” often demonstrate exceptional language abilities.
  4. People with musical inclinations are rich in emotion, more emotionally stable, and meticulous in their work.

Music plays a vital role in children’s sensory integration and language development. It supports both physical growth and language acquisition in overlapping ways, truly inspiring early learning. Educators have begun rethinking the value of early auditory experiences in nurturing development. During preschool years, children hold tremendous musical potential. When this potential meets aesthetic encounters, it resonates and expands into deep artistic appreciation. Although musical potential begins to decline after age three—coinciding with the peak of fine motor development—children’s listening abilities continue to develop until around age eight. By the time they enter elementary school, their exposure to music can advance even further (see accompanying chart). In this process, the simple act of listening itself becomes a profound sensory experience.

In light of these challenges, the market is flooded with numerous children’s music products. However, if the true goal is to cultivate musical growth and accompany children on their journey, it takes more than just “sound.” It requires carefully planned, professional, and heartfelt steps to genuinely unlock music’s transformative power.
